Gift Certificates
- Expiration: Gift certificates expire in 5 years from purchase date.
- No Cash Value: They are not redeemable for cash.
- No Refunds: No refunds will be given for gift certificate purchases.
Deposits on Services
- Similar to gift certificates, deposits are non-refundable and have no cash value.
Pre-Paid Services
- These services also expire in 5 years and cannot be refunded. However, they can be exchanged for a new gift certificate with a similar expiration period.
Services Provided

Products Purchased
For unused products returned within 7 days of purchase, we provide a full refund. If more than 10% of the product has been used, no refund is available. For products used less than 10%, you have two options:

- Option B (31-60 Days): You can receive store credit via a gift card.
