Appointment Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms and Booking Deposits

To secure your appointment, we require a credit card on file or an upfront deposit. This deposit will be deducted from your service cost on the day of the appointment. If you need to cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit can be carried over to a future booking.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the scheduled service cost using your stored payment method. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.

Late Guest Policy

Please notify us if you expect to be late by more than 10 minutes. While we try to accommodate late arrivals, it might not always be possible without disrupting other appointments. In such cases, rescheduling might be necessary.

Confirmation Calls/Texts

As a courtesy, we confirm appointments via phone call or text message before your visit.
